Prenatal Yoga Series
Step into a positive and nurturing environment, reserved specifically for pregnant women. Learn a variety of exercises to help you strengthen and increase endurance in muscles needed for childbirth. Work with modified poses that you can take to other yoga classes to adapt your practice to your evolving body and mind. Relax, breathe and improve sleeping patterns. Connect with your baby & other mommas-to-be. This course will run for 6 weeks, meeting once each weekend. Take the entire course, or drop in for a few- up to you!
This class is designed for pregnant mamas and their This class is designed for pregnant mamas and their birthing partners. Enjoy this fun date night together as we learn about what to expect during delivery and the first six weeks postpartum. Come and gain insight from Reba Nordin, RYT, RPYT and midwife Amber Holloway. We will practice light partner yoga combined with thai massage, learn birthing positions, breathing strategies and many other things! Connect as a couple as you embark on this journey of parenthood together.
Postnatal Yoga Series
Redefine your yoga practice, post pregnancy. Learn about how the body physically recovers from pregnancy and any form of childbirth. Develop a nurturing relationship with your body as you ease into this new step in life. Connect with others in this community and dedicate yourself to some well deserved SELF-CARE. If you are a nursing momma, we invite you to bring your kiddo to practice. This is a safe space and we encourage that extra connection with your newborn. This course will run for 6 weeks, meeting once each weekend. Take the entire course, or drop in for a few- up to you!
