We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, and we strive to not only promote the health and safety of our community, but to support your personal practice and self-care regime.
We ask that you wear a face covering upon entering our facility. When you are on your mat for practice, or in the Cocoon Fitness Pod room, you are welcome to remove your covering.
All of our props are available for use. We keep our clean props separated from our used props, which are washed thoroughly before placed back in rotation. After using a prop, place it in the shelving case located on the wall behind the front desk area. Sweat hand towels are also available to you on your way into the yoga room. After use, place in the hamper near the main entrance door of the room.
Ways we are committed to keeping you safe
Teachers are required to check in before class using our no contact medical grade thermometer. If a teacher comes in with a fever, classes for that day will be cancelled and the studio sanitized. If teachers are experiencing symptoms of any sickness at home, they will remain at home and a substitute teacher will be found, or class canceled.
All spaces of the studio are cleaned daily, with high touch areas such as doorknobs and counters cleaned in between every class.
We have reduced our class capacity to ensure at least a 6 foot distance between us at all times. There are markers in the yoga room for mat placement, and hands-on-assists will not be offered during our normal scheduled classes to ensure safe distance. While some classes are heated and the doors to the studio remain closed for practice, the room is aired out between each class with all door handles surfaces sanitized.
Our restrooms remain open to you, with increased cleaning daily.
